RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance for returning customers and 7 days in advance for new customers. A service request form must be completed for each series of visits. After you receive confirmation of requested visits by email, download a service request, print, sign and leave with payment prior to the first visit.

PAYMENT
We accept serveral forms of payment, including: checks, cash, and all major credit cards. If paying by credit card, please inform us when you make your reservation. An invoice will be sent by email and credit card payment will be processed through a secure website. Instructions will accompany the payment request. Checks should be made out to Four Seasons Pet Care and left on the kitchen counter with the service request form.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for pet sitting visits must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to scheduled service. You will be charged a penalty for any scheduled visits that fall within a 72 hour period of cancellation. Dog walking customers must cancel with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid a penalty charge.

SICK PETS
should be under the supervision of a professional veterinarian. We will not schedule visits to pets who are known to be ill; however, we will gladly provide service to pets who simply require medication or have special requirements, such as elderly pets.
